Shipping Policy

We offer a number of shipping methods for your convenience. Depending on the item(s) you purchase on BLKT.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method chosen and the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

If available where you live, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to Second Day, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 11:00 a.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States where our warehouse is located.

BLK Threads is NOT responsible for any lost/stolen items. If your items state that it was delivered and you did not receive it, you must take it up with United States Postal Service.

You have seven days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition

that you received it. Item must also be shipped in the original package.

You item must also have the receipt for proof of purchase.
